Kesey Memorial Must
One of my very favorites of the many I've seen. An homage to the elders who helped make the larger collective scene exist? Maybe because they were in a small place in a time when they had outgrown small venues. Maybe because they really had their groove on during this period? Maybe Ken Babbs hit the magic button for them? I don't know but worked for me and it stands the test of time. Glad to see this made it to the archive.
(This was a fundraiser for a Ken Kesey memorial sculpture in Kesey Square near the venue. Kesey's extended family own and operate the venue.)
